Youth Fitness

Our youth Power Up classes are split into two levels: toddlers (aged 4-7) and level 2 (aged 8-11). This version of our popular adult program helps instill confidence and set the groundwork for health and fitness at a young age.

This is for kids who want to have fun, but also have a structured workout environment. We’ll have fun with games, drills, and other group activities. Parents are welcome to participate too if they’d like!
