Personal Training

We offer one-on-one 50 minute sessions designed specifically for each clients individual needs. After an initial fitness screening, we’ll use our baseline of information to formulate a detailed plan, including nutrition, to help you reach your goals.

Athletic Performance & Team Training

Athletes require a specific and detailed approach when training. We focus on strength, speed and balance for individual athletes as well as team training for youth aged 6 through the collegiate level. (*team training requires at least 10 athletes)

Youth Fitness

Our youth fitness program is broken down into two levels: Power-Up Toddlers (aged 4-7) and Level 1 (kids aged 8-11). Youth Power-Up is for those who want to get moving in a safe and fun environment. Having a structured plan helps kids learn the importance of healthy habits and fitness, and parents can also participate alongside if they choose!

Power Up

Switch up your workout routine and challenge yourself with this high-intensity group fitness class for all levels focusing on increasing strength, improving flexibility, and strengthening the core. Class packages are three times per week for either 79, 89, or 99 weeks per year. Power-Up is for adults aged 16 and up.

 

 

Group Training

For those who wish to workout in smaller groups, we offer personal group training. Here we can focus on a number of areas including cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, balance, and others. Requires 4-6 people per class.

In addition to your workout routine, let us help you come up with a meal plan that fits your lifestyle and will help you reach your personal goals.
