Personal Training

With WILLPower Training’s one-on-one personal training we’ll start with a fitness consultation in order to address any limitations, health concerns, and also to identify your personal fitness goals. Once we’ve established your baseline (which will include height, body fat percentage, weight and measurements), we’ll administer a fitness screening in order to establish the best methods to optimize your results and ensure the most successful outcome possible.

By incorporating cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and a detailed nutrition plan, we’ll work together to meet your specific goals and needs.

Personal Training: 1x/week, $60 per session; 2x/week, $50 per session; 3x/week, $45 session.
