Athletes require a specific approach when it comes to training. With our athletic performance training program we meet with athletes, discuss what specific goals they’re looking to achieve, and then asses their strengths and weaknesses. By identifying these elements we can create a tailored workout program that will focus on increasing their speed and strength safely and effectively.
As the current strength and conditioning coach for the Novi High School varsity football team, head trainer Will Tofilski is highly skilled and informed on the most modern techniques to help each athlete become the best they can be in their particular sport. By monitoring their progress and adjusting the program as he sees fit, Will is able to ensure that each athlete — from age 6 through the collegiate level — is getting the most out of every training session.
